Homeowners assume responsibility for their actions and those of their guests, and for ensuring that the pool and clubhouse areas are properly cared for. - Pool hours 7 am to 10 pm daily. - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - No diving, running or horseplay in pool area. - No smoking, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages in pool area. - No glass containers of any kind in pool area. - Children under age 16 must be supervised by a parent at all times. - Guests are limited to 4 per family, and resident must be present at all times. - No pets in pool area. - Non toilet trained children are required to wear swimsuit diapers while in pool. - Proper swim attire required (no cut offs). - Only radio/music with headphones allowed. - Place all trash in containers provided. - Gate is to be closed and locked at all times. |
